- Choice of booth location is included in the price (selection to be made after payment), as are electricity and wifi.
- Each exhibitor receives 2 name badges for access to the exhibition.
- Security is guaranteed outside opening hours.

Assembly on April 23rd from 4pm to 8pm and on April 24th from 9am to 12pm, dismantling on the 26th, from 6pm to 8pm.
The construction of the stands must be completed by 1 p.m. on Friday, April 24th.
Exhibitors wishing to withdraw from the contract must do so in writing. In the event of cancellation 90 days prior to the opening of the Show, a cancellation and administration fee of CHF 200 will be charged. Up to 60 days before the first day of the show, 50% of the invoiced amount is payable to the organizer. After that date, 100% is due.
