- A booth consists of a table (approx. 180 x 76cm) with tablecloth and 2 chairs.
- Choice of booth location is included in the price (selection to be made after payment), as are electricity and wifi.
- Each exhibitor receives 2 name badges for access to the exhibition.
- Security is guaranteed outside opening hours.

Assembly on May 1st from 4 pm to 8 pm and 2nd from 9 am to 1 pm, disassembly on May 04th from 5 pm to 8 pm.
The construction of the booths must be finished by Friday May 2nd at 1 pm without fail.
Exhibitors wishing to withdraw from the contract must do so in writing. In the event of cancellation 90 days prior to the opening of the Show, a cancellation and administration fee of CHF 200 will be charged. Up to 60 days before the first day of the show, 50% of the invoiced amount is payable to the organizer. After that date, 100% is due.
